Frontier Airlines has a specific refund policy. Refunds are provided for reservations made seven days (168 hours) or more prior to the scheduled departure, provided the refund is requested within 24 hours of the initial reservation. If a passenger elects to make a change/cancel within the 24 hours time frame, normal change fees apply. Tickets must be canceled more than 24 hours before departure in order to retain their value.
